Check In
The studios and apartments are ready for you after 16 o'clock.
You can either take a taxi from the station or walk for about 10 minutes.
There is a self-check-in machine at the entrance door of the Residence Patricia. It will lead you step by step through the process until you have the key cards in your hands.
In case of difficulties or problems, ring the emergency bell and you will be connected to the reception desk of our partner hotel Alpen Resort.
If you arrive before 16 o'clock, you can leave your luggage at the Alpen Resort Hotel and enjoy the day in Zermatt until your room is ready.
If you arrive after 23 o'clock, we can prepare and leave your key cards at the Alpen Resort reception desk. Please inform us in advance of late arrival.

You can book the shuttle service with our electric car for the way from the train station to the Residence for a surcharge.
